We prepare memorandums to clients regarding the Romanian legal system, identify options and consult with the client as to the steps to be taken in copyright infringing cases. We are extremely active in finding the best solutions in the most difficult such cases.

Most of the copyright infringement cases were settled by negotiation, which evidences our intention to always consider the best interest of our clients.

We also advise on licensing of copyrights and drafted a wide range of such documents.

With respect to enforcing copyrights, we have a wide experience in managing legal actions against infringing works and pirated products.

We represent clients in front of the Romanian courts, customs authorities and third parties and can file custom procedures as to stop the infiltration on the Romanian market of the pirated goods and have a very good cooperation with custom authorities.
